I was there for 4 nights and ate at rustic restaurant for dinner. Had such facilities, like an electric kettle, central heating, and coffee and tea making equipment. The hotel had a central location very close to the National Park.

Everything was great, exceptionally nice staff, favourable location not far from the National Park. The room we booked was big size with a comfortable interior. Vegetarian cuisine was served in the rustic restaurant.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable - really close to local attractions and pricepoint as well as the mountain. The rustic restaurant for dinner and the main bar.
The bed was a bit small, unfortunately.

Great location in the Tongariro National Park, willing personnel.
The rooms are very small, the bed was ridiciulously soft and small, if one is moving the other one is shaking as if on a boot in heavy storms. Not acceptable. Personnel was informed and stated that they would check and repair. Nevertheless left the hotel after one night instead of 2 nights stay.

This place has a central location, right by the heart of the city.

The staff was very nice.
The room has no TV. The sink was very small. The smallest one I ever seen before. It had no heating either. The room was cold. The outside temperature in the morning was only 4 C. Both of us caught cold after spent a uncomfortable night there.

Good position for visiting the park area. Nice and friendly staff. Comfortable common rooms.
The bed was uncomfortable. Too small and soft. We could hardly sleep.
